Just to clarify - the separated battery and charging menus are only for the 15 models. My 14 pro’s using the RC and the battery and charging menu is still combined.

I literally have never heard the term glyph. I learned something.

I’m convinced my battery is damaged. Jeff has around 30 cycles more than me and my battery percentage is at 97. Am I doing anything wrong?

After I downloaded the new update I did notice that the "long press" on my home page was missing so I can search for apps .... Is this Apple removed or did I not do something to make it reappear ?

One of the problems I had when I first got Apple Music Classical was several album in my Apple Music library that were available in my region (Canada) suddenly became unavailable in my region. Not sure if that was fixed, but I haven't used the app since cause it took a couple of days to fix my library.

Excellent overview thank you! I really appreciated how you showed the phone screen with iOS 17.3.1 right next to the other phone screen with the new iOS 17.4 super easy to follow along.

Bro i have 1 concerns about 17.4 updates my iphone became laggy after this update, When evere i play game its give me some lag !!! I’m using iphone xr😅

It also took away the widgy label as well. Finally. Now they just need to do that for the stock icon labels and the dock.

I have updated my phone to iOS 17.4(I have a iPhone 15Pro Max) and I think I have some problems with it. When someone calls me, the image I set doesn’t show, just a black screen and the second one, when I save a photo in my gallery it saves 2 times. Help?

My shortcuts don't work anymore It used to activate low power mode on it's own, tell me when it's full and open my apps with face id but now its glitchy🤔 I think I'm gonna hold off from updating ios.

Apple Music recommendations are terrible! They always push genre I clearly do not like. And when I tap show less or dislike, it’ll still play that some later down the line. Also, plays the same songs over and over. Day after day. Other times it’ll play Spanish, rap, etc that I don’t even like. I really wish they would take a page from KZread Music.

I agree it doesn’t play similarly artist like pandora the only thing I really like about Apple Music you download the song directly on to your phone

You can use styles of photography in your camera app and choose whatever you like or customize it completely. You can also disable HDR in camera settings

Some off brand Amazon thing. It's actually terrible. I just use it because it sticks to the stand I use.

Honestly it's all the little features that keep people using iPhones over Android. This video is a prime example. On it's own, the iPhone looks uninspiring and dull. But, couple all the software features and integrations with other devices, the iPhone becomes insanely feature rich and easy to use.

Maybe that might be coming in the future but for now, there’s nothing wrong with this upcoming upgrade. You obviously have some specific requests, which is fine, but not everything can revolve around something so precise. Sometimes, the little things matter. I can guarantee that millions of people will want more “silly” emojis but only a handful may want keyboard related changes. Guess you know what will get the priority. 🤷‍♂️

Apple don’t create new emojis. That’s a separate body. Apple just implants them once they’re available.
