This is the first time I've seen the invisible stitch 😮. I usually join a new color by pulling it through the work instead of starting with the new color on my hook. Very interesting techniques here 🤔

I only use this method if I'm doing a colour change in the back loop only or changing colour just once as I find it works well for me. I do have another version of the invisible colour change that I use for my Zebra which you might find useful. Let me know what you think 😉 kzread.info/dash/bejne/aK2YpcVunNirnLg.html

Excellent! Exactly what I needed! Question: What would you do if the first stitch of the new color is meant to be an invisible decrease?

Good question! Would you be working in the back loop only or through both loops ?

@@HobbyDaysUK I would prefer BLO as it looks cleaner, but don't think that this is possible since the decrease is usually on the front loops.

You've got me wondering now. I need to try it to see if it can be done. If you were to work through both loops, I would suggest using my other colour change method (for the Zebra) and that way the invisible decrease would be possible. I'll have a play around with the BLO and let you know 😉

So even if the pattern does not include a row of BLO sc’s we still complete this with the next row following the pattern? Do we count the row of BLO sc’s?

Yes, you can use this method following any pattern and yes you do count the row of BLO. The row count is the same. I hope that makes sense 😊
