Now that looks delicious! I wonder of I could scale it up so I can bring a bigger cake to the potluck. May just make 2 or 3. It's been quite a while since I've seen your videos- got some catching up to do. The beard looks great!

Use a 1:1 gluten-free flour mix. That should work. Or you could try straight almond flour. Although I am guessing the 1:1 gluten-free flour mix will work better.
