I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially in 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein...

Don't get me wrong, i know the economy is in shambkes and in order to break even and make prófits, we have to ride it out until stóck recovery, but how are some folks in the same stócm márket as me still able to pull off substantial prófits of as much as $650k within months, what am i doing wrong?

Yeah, people actually make that much from the market, although they usually have more expertise than average, or they use experts i.e hedge funds or financial advisors. There's a goldmine in the market, especially as the Nasdaq is rising.

Yep you can do that too, but you need to build your portfolio and it requires a lot of time and money to live off that passively. If you are around the age of 40 you can still start investing, but think of it as just some money

Very true, people downplay advisors role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience, my stagnant reserve of $325K has yielded nearly $1m after subsequent investments so far.

I found "Lidia Joann Morris on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can run a quick online research with her name if you care for supervision. I basically follow her market moves and haven't regretted doing so.

How do I know if the stock I'm buying is a dividend stock or not? For example I have the 'lightyear' app and I know how to buy them but I'm not sure if they're divided stocks or not

On both Trading 212 and Lightyear it is displayed if they pay a dividend or not. When looking at the stock, scroll down to the information like market cap, revenue, etc & it will display the dividend yield %. If this is not displayed, assume they don’t pay a dividend

Strategic investments are crucial. My ideal investment is a varied portfolio of stocks, bonds, and ETFs. It provides an excellent long-term return and has performed admirably thus far, but I needed to diversify my portfolio at some point, so I approached a coach who devised a system that aligned with my goals; so far, I've made a whopping $580k, and scaling my portfolio to a million by the end of the year does not appear too far-fetched to me.

Thank. Would you please advise what the best ETF is in Canada? Banks have proven to be stable and growing over the last 30 years here. Same with utility. I'm guessing the best ETF here has to have both? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi, you can invest in any of the ETFs I mentioned, it doesn’t matter if it’s UK or USA you can go onto Trading 212 and they are there. If you want to invest only in Canada that’s OK but it’s more limited. Thanks for watching MT 😎
