I remember Kumar about 25-30 years ago in the SFBA. He had huge leg muscles and big butt muscles. So did I from doing Tai Chi. Now I am old with gray hair and don't have the muscles on my legs or butt like I used to. I stumbled onto this video and see that Kumar doesn't have the muscle he had when he was younger either. I feel so much better. My wife pointed out "Life is fleeting." I think that is the real lesson of Tai Chi. Life is fleeting.

Joseph Murphy Taichi teaches us that in whatever decisions n actions n view points, we should AVOID both extremes... always seek the MIDDLE path, the Balance within two interchangeably extreme polars energy within us... we are neither this nor.that... that is the lessons I get from learning n teaching taichichuan. Namaste.

He makes taichi real instead of using alot if visualization techniques such as a glowing ball and seeing light ect....he teaches you to feel the chi thru the movements and intention.

Would love to see your form. Not just the talk. The talk is very good though.
