THANK YOU. I have just spent a while scouring the internet trying to figure out in what direction bearing-degrees flow. Every other video or graphic I saw about bearings just shows 45° but that doesn't indicate where the corresponding 1-44° and 46-90° exist. You finally answered it with your 'how many degrees from the N or from the S'
