This actually inspired me to take my Tele mod even further - I currently have two separate volume controls for both pickups and I replaced that useless in my opinion Tele switch with a Gibson style Switchcraft for quicker operation, but now I’m thinking of adding an extra master tone control on top of the bridge volume 🤔

Fantastic! Personally I would wire the blend as half blend so it only works in position one. Perhaps as an option for folks buying your wired control plate.
Could I get this with just the wiring and pots? I already have pickups I love and a custom control plate.

Could I use this with my Baja tele that has a 4 switch selector and s1 out of phase switch

Hi there, well it would replace the wiring in there so it would be more of a standard Tele setup. So 3 way and no out of phase. How much do you use those settings? Paul

Does a similar thing exist for a stratocaster ?

Yes it’s called a blender mod, can be wired by a tech or do it yourself. Plenty of schematics online or buy pre-wired harness like Obsidian or Mojo Tone.
