Knowing that it has a one way bearing so you can do an auto rotation is a big thumbs up from me. That is one thing I personally found a bit disappointing with my little fireball as if I lost motor power for whatever reason it was basically going to end in a crash.

Beautiful machine. I have always liked the aesthetics of the Goblins of this size. The yellow skids look fantastic and compliment the overall looks very well. Also looks to be very visible. Another great machine from SAB, this time shifting things around a bit. And of course, great flying Bert you definitely have a ton of control.

Awesome Machine flown with one of the best pilot to date. I have my 380 for as long as I can remember and just not too long ago stretched it out to 420 and couldn’t be happier. I’m waiting on winning the mega million so I can buy this awesome machine later on. Good flying Sir.

really fantastic flying! I honestly think this may be my next heli. I have a cheapo knockoff trex 450 that's just terrifying to fly. this just sounds so smooth.

Wow, the motor with one way bearing inside is a great bit of progress. Not that long ago that this would have in the hard basket to get this much power for a heli of this size. Wonder how long it would be to get same setup for a 700 class heli. That's a nice heli. I've still got my goblin 630 Competition which has 3 blade head and tail. And my 380 buddy.

It's so pretty I'm not at the skill level to fly this yet but it's motivated me to practice more.

Very familiar, totally different type of helicopter, SAB is on a league of its own in terms of build, quality and performance.

what servos so I can order now. I see MKS Servos HV93 but what servo for the tail? Are these servos good?

We don't stock MKS, not familiar with the micro version of them. During testing we used Torq, KST and Theta servos. I am flying Theta THS921 for the cyclic and Theta THM988 for the tail. Any mini tail servo should work well.

Bert, did you really autorotate this machine? If you did, how high can it autorotate? I never see you autorotate that machine, but I have seen you autorotate the others really good depending on the blade sizes. Are there any good videos on autorotations of Raw 420????

I have, but never had a video done. Usually with a decent amount of wind (5 mph or so) and heading into the wind of course from at least 50 feet or higher up, it is tricky, you have to nail the collective at the last minute or else you run out of energy for the landing.

What servos are you using on this model? Also what ESC? Cheers!

Hey, i wanna start heli flying and got some 6s 3300mah from my 60“ 3D planes. Do think its possible to fly the raw 420 with my 3300mah batteries?
