I had exactly the same reaction to this song and video, like wtf is this? Then all the bits and pieces slowly came together, and the video - it's amazing. Bård spent some time learning aerial acrobatics on ropes.

There are lots of dissonances pretty much unexplored in the music business. (For chrissakes, they've had hundreds of years of practice, and it's still mostly just that love blah blah blah thing.) Thank God Ylvis are widening the horizons, making us realise how many more things there are to be potentially troubled by. (Actually, I had expected them to get a child with peanut allergy in the final verse. 🤣 But it seems they just lived happily ever after.)
