As a newer listener to the scene, I completely agree. Whilst raw does have its place, theres just something about those early clean, authentic hardstyle kicks mixed with a europhic melody on stadium speakers. Problem is, most of the people who go to these events are 18-25 and from a business standpoint, it wouldn’t make much sense to have an event primarily to play songs from before their core audiences time. A bonus stage at an event is the best of both worlds, everyone gets to have fun.

Seeing Hakkguy shuffling made me unreasonably happy.

Oh Man, I wish Helter Skelter would come back, they always smashed their events Was lucky to be at Energy at Sanctuary Warehouse in August 1996 and I swear down that was the best and most enjoyable warehouse party I have ever been to. If I could chose one night from my life to relive, it would be that night

I would love to attend to such a nice festival with so much classic hardstyle gems. I am so disappointed with the last events I went to, because it's only unmelodic anti-climax drops.... even the Toneshifterz Set here in Germany was a disappointment... Thankfully, Dr. Peacock saved the evening.
