Intimate Portrait Madeline Kahn 2

Part 2/5
I know a lot of people have been wanting to see this, as have I, so I thought I would share it since I've found other Madeline fans to be really kind and generous with their findings. Make sure you have Kleenex ready because I was sobbing by the end of it. Also, if anyone has the Rosie O'Donnell interview featured in this show please share!

Madeline could do anything. She was so great in all those Mel Brooks' films. Really funny, but as noted here, she could do drama too. Missing her

Saint Steven we sell the edited version. I Blazing Saddles my daughter would love to sing and a beautiful voice a quick study. She's in the family room around 4 years old and she seen I'm tired LOL my wife and I went up to her and said what are you singing I'm tired she said explain to her basically what that meant without getting too deep in the subject matter. My daughter said I thought you wanted to go to bed cuz she was tired. When she was around 14 years old we laughed about it she was always singing got a beautiful voice could sing anything. I miss my Snooki she passed away 10 years ago one of a kind. So unaware of her beauty auburn hair skin like porcelain she had an IQ of 139 hated school just like me. When she started first grade we had to move her to a second grade she was teaching the kids how to read and write. It says I rather go to third grade second grade is going to be just as bad LOL the principal of the school looked at us my wife and I was just laughing smiling you didn't get it the poor guy was overwhelmed and that was like 1982. Her teacher thought you was a jewel she could do everything. I'm having all these great memories now of my dear baby girl she was married for 10 years to a wonderful wonderful man they met when they were 18 got married at 20. They were Kindred Spirits meant for each other my daughter Play The Cello at 5 years old play guitar at 14 self-taught and so did her husband they sang together all the time they had beautiful voices once every Saturday night they sang at a coffee shop by the University. he was an architectural firm. My daughter was all over the place building websites She Wrote books magazines editor she wrote several songs I'm glad she recorded 1 CD and left it it's implanted in my head and in my wife's head. Thank you for the great memories I was truly blessed she passed away quietly and quickly she did not suffer. . Excuse my typos I use the microphone when I make a comment because I'm old and I'm tired LOL

I notice that we skip quickly over "What's Up, Doc?" which even at the time seemed to me to be based on a cruel joke at her character's expense. As it turned out, once the wigs came off, she was the beauty. What a talent!

We all know she was gorgeous, but much more importantly, she could ACT, and made us laugh like HELL!!!!! Marilyn Monroe couldn't do either, and yes l know l'll upset some ppl with that comment, but it was her looks that paid the bills, not her talent. Madeleine was a fabulous all-rounder, she had great looks, could act, SING and DANCE too, my God, the woman was a dynamo!! And whatever was asked of her, was delivered professionally and perfectly. I just loved her!!!!

He's an A1 jerk. She was the talented, goddess-level beauty, and he is the one without the leading man looks or talent, and who most people wouldn't recognize if he walked right up to them and said, "Hi, Im Robert Klein". Most everyone in the world: "Who?"

I have heard that Lucille Ball was dissatisfied with Madeline Kahn's performance during rehearsals for Mame and kept asking Kahn when she was going to "show us Esther Gooche". Ball apparently thought Kahn's performance in rehearsals to be too lackluster for the role, and that's why Kahn was fired.

Lucille was expecting Eunice to walk in, but when a gorgeous redheaded strolled onto the set, Ball freaked out and had her fired. Al that other stuff you hear about Madeline being diffucult, etc. are the many excuses producerrs made up to help Lucy save face.
