24:15 yup I agree to me punk rock is more than music...sense of community and friendship is so fkin cool that's why punk is not dead in asia, I meet a lot of friends are not only punk rockers..rappers,metal,country etc² and there are people who are not interested in music at all, they just want to hang out,also punk rock community is the best place to hang out with they're so fun sometimes they become very humorous
