Interview with Brexiteer MEP Nigel Farage | POLITICO Live Breakfast

This interview took place on September 30, 2015. In a rare one-on-one interview in Brussels, Ryan Heath quizzed Nigel Farage on why he thinks the UK would be better off outside the EU, on his views on migration and how he has managed to take UKIP to being the party with the third largest number of votes in the last UK elections.

Nigels position still holds water, His foresight on Imigration and that of the ‘balance of power the EU had over Britain is even more evident, now we have left it. Boris and Nigel have a common goal in as much as we need to stop ‘winging’ over what we ‘lose’ coming out and start to find the things, such as self determination as a great country we can become. Sure, there are difficulties in any divorce, but it’s not helping us where we are at this point to focus on those but rather to focus on where we can get to. We’re all in, as it were, a rowing boat, we all therefore need to get both hands on the oar, our own particular oar and start pulling. Forward from our position, not harping backwards.

Thank you Nigel for this retrospective video, it’s very interesting to learn your views on the politics of UKIP. It aligns very much with my own views. Very interesting and educational about how government works, for those of us who haven’t been to political school. When it comes down to it, basic Christian values seem to generally reign within your remit. Very beneficial.

The trouble with Nigel is - he won't be our very British P.M.

Mark Savage Of course you had control over your agriculture, fishing and regional policy. Didn't you , along with the Germans, French and all the other countries, have your own Commissioners and MEPS, including no- good Nigel with his hands deep in the till?

Mark Savage , what are you on about? When I mention EU taxpayers, I am talking about people who live in the EU who pay tax. Nigel lifted all his money from those people and gave a whole lot of hot air in return. He got no EU grants for anyone. He went on to lift €20 from every Brexit party "Supporter" and again gave them nothing of any use, not even party membership.

*Why give airtime to Nigel Farage? Has he not been on the BBC enough already? He's a racist for Pete's sake.*
