The World needs more like Alison Lewis, a pure raw talent, visionary and evolutionary. Nothing but LOVE for her.

She gave me a good impression at Kalabalik på Tyrolen (small swedish festival) this year. She and her boyfriend was very nice and easy going... almost every one around was great as allways on this arrangement

For what?
I love how animated Larissa Iceglass from Lebanon Hanover is in the background, shes normally so calm and almost aloof

I really like her works and projects. I love her influences too, like HTRK, Dead Can Dance, Moz. (by the way, "Sanvean" move me to tears)

very cool thank you for posting that interview...
i just love her.
I just love her!
Super girl, special music & special girl 💜
thanks for this
She looks good in black and white, and came though as a well-spoken, intellectual young woman. It was a promising band, Linea Aspera. Listened to their new projects after the split. Interesting, but not quite as good as Linea A. Besides the reasons she mentions for ending the band, I suppose a factor was a lack of enough success (income). I wonder what it takes for a promising Electronica band to make it nowadays. Singing about skeletons and parasites did give them a special character, but probably it doesn't appeal to larger audiences. It's time for a Synth/Wave band to reach the carts again, as in 1981. Last one was La Roux I believe, who's next?

Du de Normaundie A banda tem um pequeno grupo de fãs subterrâneos, mas fiel ao estilo Linea e Darkwave.

Brilliant singer . I never heard of them till I heard malarone ,remixed by Ellen allien
I love Malaysia too. I want to go back someday. Beautiful country & the people are generally warm & friendly. Everyone overrates Thailand but Malaysia is the true gem of SE Asia.

Thank you for her ;o)
Synapse and malarone are songs that will always be in my mind, but yeah ; I don't want to do my own songs from 20 yrs ago.
Great Talent!
i love her
Love this woman. Would want to be able to know what happened to Ryan Ambridge though, I can't find anything about him.
Amazing she's kept the Aussie accent even tho she's only lived there for two years (out of 23), according to the interview.

Yeah .... Strong Aussie accent , considering how many times she moved around. I know this interview is years old. And she is basically Zanias now. I reckon if she moved to Melbourne, she would kick arse in the underground scene, electronica .at least . All depends how much of a connection she has to Australia after all. She'd definitely get played on triple j and get to host rage or something.I dunno, need someone like her to boost interest in our electronica scene I think.

@@colddaze6680 Tripple J!!! Now there's a name I remember. And 3PBS. I lived in Melbourne in the 90s but has since then moved back to Euroland. I should have stayed. Oh well, that's life I guess.

@@GyntherMeyer I'm dual citizen, spent half the 80s tween England and Australia.Chose to stay in Perth, where still have family. Lived in Melbourne few months in 90s.definitely might still be living there if I didn't have family in Perth.Who knows what's on the card's later. Yeah give me Aussie weather over English any day though haha
well done my friend :)
All life is about change...
Good job
Yes ;o)

@@Philblackmarquis And 3 years in London ,as I just heard her say in interview. So explains where I got the UK connection. She's def moved around . I reckon she would kill it in Melbourne alternative, electronica scene. Maybe even Melbourne might be too small for her. We definitely need an artist like her in our electronica scene though, that's for sure.

@@Philblackmarquis hello - :) thanx a lot - i also make electronic music but a bit more melancholic and very 80s -
her musics great, but it seems more about the SOUL rather than the mind, mind is over rated and so 'the past'
