clxwncrxwn Comedy Unleashed have taken down all their videos of Will Franken. They tried to leash him, he wouldn’t have it, so they censored him. Hypocrisy in all its dubious glory. You can still see snippets of him at CU gigs, on other peoples’ channels, but none of the complete sets.

Comedy Unleashed It was your choice to remove his videos, not his. He criticized the quality of your booking choices and suggested it was nepotism between you lot and the Spectator magazine, which you may well take issue with, but to erase his work and say he wanted you to do that is disingenuous, to say the very least. You’re not doing yourselves any favours.

That got zero seconds of laughter from me, and I am fairly easy to make laugh. I think it's because he slightly telegraphed the first joke: He said "I recently organised a big family outing... and by that I mean I accidentally told my parents that my brother was gay." If he'd left out the "and by that" bit I might not have seen it coming. He has good quirky intelligent twisty observations, but then, they go nowhere, don't build with further laughs on the same twist, then he changes subject. Once he establishes that he's anodyne, any further twisty surprises become inconsequential.
