I would just cut him loose as a salesman and record his progress. Have him sick to Adrian like a shadow and you will be amazed with this guy. I think he can handle any aspect of the business you want to teach him. But we all know the money is in sales. Compensate him well, the kid is a thoroughbred.

Marco is very knowledgeable in high-end niche brands : Chopard, Voutilainen and other independents. Marco is a 'movement first' kind of watch enthusiast therefore you should have him review and present haute horlogerie finishing, never seen before complications, dial guillochage, cloisonnage.. etc. would be very good. As in educational videos. Because not gonna lie AP rolex etc.. is good content but gets very repetitive now.. and this goes to all other channels too. To Marco : Well done my man ! You have been waiting a long time for this and you deserve it. Go show them what real watchmaking art is !

Marco does great reviews on all sorts of watches it would be fantastic if there could be a link to his reviews from the sales posts on your website

I really don't know why you have to use sensational titles. I've followed for a while and I hate it. If you are getting ripped off, we want to see it. If not, don't create that drama. I'd come watch your content regardless of the title. But I'm half way in and I'm annoyed that you had to grab my attention this way.

Marco is such a good kid with a ton of knowledge on watches. He's always answered any question I ever asked and has given me amazing advice! I know he will be an amazing fit with Luxury Bazaar and look forward to doing business with him in the future!!

I never get tired of seeing the absolutely Beautiful Sabina and her smile that could bring a person back to life! Keep it up !

Payments are often deliberately delayed because the person who has the watch is reinvesting the money to make a quick sale elsewhere, so they're basically using your money to make them profit. What kind of person happens to go on holiday just as they're supposed to be paying over $300k?! You'd complete the deal first instead of keeping someone waiting. He was just buying time so he could use the money elsewhere.

Marco is the perfect fit for Luxury Bazaar, he will be a great asset to the company

I thought Nico gave Marco a job at P&P. Glad he's landed alright if that fell through, seems like a good kid.

Perhaps Nina and Sabina should become a team. When viewing the Van Cleef items, it was Nina that seemed more engaged. Nina can bring the ideas (IG, photos, captions) and Sabina can bring the in-house/day-to-day LB knowledge on prices, current stock etc. Not everyone works best on their own. Sometimes it take a colleague to bounce ideas off of.

The good thing about the frosted AP is there it hides scratches well. Smooth polish called is absolutely stunning and beautiful but it does not stay that way at all very long. Just scratches no matter what. In fact it is a scratch magnet. But while it is frosted it will not give that appearance
