There is a difference between, books smarts and streets smarts. Books Smarts does not translate to working with people and sales is all about people. Being able to judge peoples tone of voice, body language and that “feeling” you get when you sit opposite and looks into the whites of someone’s eyes. If you apply yourself, knowledge on any topic can be acquired, people skills are much harder to learn and adapt to.

@@stockholmpublishings2937 I guess this is more of a reflection of how you fear people with more knowledge. Some people recoil and hide, others step up, collobrate and improve. Personally if i was a sales guy, I would love this kind of person in the office. Someone that can upskill my history knowledge without many years of having to trawl through books, forums etc. It is like a cheat code to accumulating knolwedge fast.

The kid is unbearable to watch . Everything from his looks to his lisp is weird. If he was all this place had to offer as far as help I'd have to shop elsewhere I wouldn't be able to deal with how annoying he is to look at and talk to. Sorry not sorry he's snarky and quirky as hell.

@@Jackaroo. Yup, my mom is a doctor and she always told me that even after university, she was still only something similar to an intern at the hospital for many years, basically still learning and also with less money every month. Makes sense, I wouldn't want someone straight from university to try to fix my busted knee or something like that 😅
