Internal Order Settlement Structure: Explanation and Demo on SAP S/4Hana
In SAP S/4HANA (and ECC) An internal order can have different settlement rules for different expenses by using the Source Structure option. This allows us to group together different cost elements and map them to different settlement rules.
In this video, I demonstrate how to configure and use the source structures in SAP S/4HANA 2022.

Hello Sir, Thanks for the explanation. The same allocation can be achieved through Allocation structure as well with same original cost element. Exactly where we can see the difference between Source and allocation structure in terms of functionality.
do you have video on how to use / add multiple cost center in a single IO using settlement rules?

Hi, Can we check what are a The line items settled in KOB5 towards an asset after the asset is already settled using KO88? Wht report can give this details?

In KO88 , in top menu bar click on Goto>Previous Settlement. Does that help?
