if I'm an interviewer I'll frame the questions based on job requirements
and candidate skills and expertise primarily the interview would be divided into three major parts as follows.
I'll start the interview by asking the candidate quickly introduce about themselves and also I encourage them to briefly explain about the professional background their education, qualifications any certifications and their previous work with SAP.
If she is the fresher to explain about their domain experience and I also like to understand what type of projects that they have worked for so here my primary focus could be on the candidates and also I would pay attention towards the reason.
why He/She is applying for this role? and what is their interest level?
here the questions would be based on his / her previous response in self Introduction here my focus would be primarily to evaluate candidates understanding on business processes as a functional consultant it is very crucial to have deep grasp on how businesses operate and how SAP systems can be customized to these diverse business requirements even if you're a fresher.
