I have been intermittent fasting now for a few months. It has become a lifestyle. A way of living and I am enjoying the benefits. However, there are some aspects of 16/8 method of fasting that I struggle with and I talk about that in this video and share my solutions. I am also giving a glucose goddess method check in. I have only been doing the glucose method for a month or so and have had to adapt the method to fit in with my lifestyle.     I’ve been intermittent fasting for over a year, I’m not so strict at weekends and I do mix it up a bit like you and relax when on holiday, I’ve been using the glucose goddess method for a couple of months not 100 percent but mostly. I usually have the vinegar drink and then a couple of sticks of celery or some pre roasted cauliflower I keep in a tub in the fridge, failing that I’ve been having a handful of spinach, like you I feel so much better 😊

    Sometimes if my dinner is going to be late at night I just skip it. It’s like an impromptu fast.
