    I also believe in support groups along with therapy so one doesn’t feel so isolated in their pain.

    Thank you for this, came at the perfect time for me. Can I also say how sorry I am about losing your loved ones. ❣️ I have had long covid for over 2 years and have just been diagnosed with ME/CFS. I am living with trauma due to my life being somersaulted but I'm working my best in slowly inching forwards. Every day is a physical and emotional struggle but I do believe this situation is enabling me to be my authentic self. I have lost the ability to work, lost friends and have had to completely change my beliefs and sense of self. It's certainly a challenging journey trying to stay positive and less stressed. Meditation, music, relaxing baths and crochet help rebalance me. I'm also trying to convince my husband I need a small dog 😉 it's the not knowing how long this will last that's the toughest.

    Thank you Claire. I am so pleased you watched the video. My heart goes out to you. You must be very weary with it all. Uncertainty is one of the worst things to deal with. I congratulate you on your self awareness. May I suggest some things (if you are not doing them already) First of all keep a journal - get all your thoughts and feeling out of your head and down on paper. You will feel better and it will chart your journey. On my channel I am always saying, 'moments of pleasure small and often get you through the day.' Make a list of all the things that give you joy - daily small things and schedule them into your day. Try to stay mindful and take care of what you are dealing with today. Finally, watch every single video on my channel! I am only semi-joking I am certain you will find nuggets of gold that will help you further. In the meantime, thank you so much for sharing and you have my very best wishes. x
