This Gem of a Man also called "GUT Man" has made so many videos by taking his time out to educate people. Heartful thanks to you Dr Pal. Thanks a lot. Have a blessed day. Namasthe.
I've been on intermittent fasting since a week & taking one meal a day. That's it. Not taking any snacks or drinks except water during the fasting window. I have also been walking min 20 Kms per day. One week has gone by. I have lost approx 1.5 to 2 Kgs so far. The only mistake I have been doing is not taking enough protein. I will correct this tomorrow onward. Thanks, Dr. Pal. You're indeed a pal in my weight reduction journey.

Hai doctor, only from past few days i am watching your video. My son introduced by sending your link So inspiring,
Point 2 must be the ultimate reason as many still under the belief that calories don't matter in fasting and can eat as much as they want as long as fasting happens .
Everytime i watch your videos, you remind me of that fun doctor that kids love to visit without any fear. You make these videos so fun and interesting with small jokes in between which makes it more interactive. We appreciate all your efforts that you put in curating these beautiful and informative videos. Thank you so much doctor. You're an inspiration!!!!! ❤
Superb !! video doc.. You have laid out each and every point perfectly!! Puttu puttu vechirukenga..😉😜😬Thank you so much for highlighting the important points for IF to be successful..🙏🙏👍
Yes, have cut short the calories and eating window drastically. With even three wedding meals in two days, the weight fluctuates, increases and goes back. Useful tips to correct. Let me try these out and weigh again three months from today. Thanks
I've learned so much from this video! It's like having a personal health coach at my fingertips."
Thank you Dr pal. Your videos are so informative. The mistake am making is eating too much calories in eating window
Excellent info in nutshell, each one is a gem, Thanks for sharing correct, authentic information to the society❤
Thank you Dr Pal. Intermittent fasting has helped me a lot. I don't get acid reflux, acidity problems since I am following IF. Thanks to you. I became greedy and tried 5 hours eating and 19 hours fasting one day. My God!! I went to depression that day thinking of food! That day it was a lesson to me that everything need to be balanced and no extremes. I follow 9 hours eating 15 hours fasting without any difficulty. During eating period I am conscious about what I eat and I sometimes, only sometimes, be liberal and enjoy delicious food, and it's really relishing when we do this sometimes. Thank you Dr Pal for bringing this discipline to our lives. Lots of Love ❤

My mistake is overeating after the fasting period, that has to be corrected and changed, thanks doctor for all the inputs clearly so that a lay man like me can also understand and follow
Iam following 11 month I became very healthy and happy thanks u sir❤
Couple of questions: 1. Should we follow the same timing everyday 2. I eat sometimes at 5:30, some days by 6.30, during weekends by 8 pm. But what I follow is to have 12 he window next morning and break it by drinking one glass of warm water. Is the is right? 3. Breakfast by 8.30 am, lunch by 1.30 pm, dinner by 6.30 or 6. Is this window fine?
Thanks doctor you are always motivating us towards healthy life . Common mistake happens during vacations

Good information video dr pal about fasting mistakes .actually i was having 13 hrs eating Windows and 11hrs fasting window ....1 year back ..now at present 9 hrs eating Windows 9am to 6pm ... reduced 4hrs .so weight drastically reduced but some acidity occasionally due to water intake frequent urination sometimes headaches present and daily one source of protein is egg poriyal or rarely boiled egg .not taking adequate protein as you said according to body weight like .....normal carb like 3 idly chutney or sambar with fruits nuts in the morning . After 2 cups rice sambar and rasam with veggies like beans carrots egg poriyal .and 6pm 2 dosas chutneyor sambar and 1 cup tea is regular routine .if I change menu different stomach plays a key role ....acidity or peptic ulcer ..so in what way i can do dr pal ???

I have started Dixit diet plan - eat only two times a day since Jan 1 - my new year resolution. I couldn't follow it for a week in these 40 days. Even then my weight is down by 3 kg - from 68 to 65. I am following the timing 7-11, i.e. first meal of day at 11 am and last meal before 7pm. This gives me 16 hours of fasting every day which is hopefully achieving autophagy. Now after a couple of months, my next step would be 3 days of water fasting every month. I know that's very difficult but will start with just 1 day initially, then 2 and then 3 as I get comfortable with each step. I am actually enjoying this process. I thank doctors like Dr. Dixit and Dr. Pal who are guiding us without expecting anything in return. God Bless You. And I actually became health conscious because lipid test in December last week showed that I have borderline high Cholesterol and Triglycerides. I searched a lot on YT and finally having everyday a juice of 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic and ginger. I hope this also helps someone who reads this.

Hello Dr.Pal, your videos are really helpful and I’m following your directions as well. But sometimes I get home late from work, around 10pm, do you suggest me eating then or just having a milkshake is enough?
After watching your videos I started Intermittent fasting 5 weeks ago. I have started initially by 12, 13 and 14 hours. Now I do not have appetite to eat now and can see 1 kg already gone down. Thanks for all your support. Dr. Pal please explain do I need to take any extra vitamins supplements needed.
This is super super inspiring learning
The biggest mistake i was doing in my initial days of fasting is going too less on calories and it back fired , my metabolism crashed totally n body starting preserving fats. So once I started eating better n good foods instead of snacks as us said everything was on track
Well my mom is 48 yrs old obese with blood sugar 200/156 which means she is diabetic. She has started the 12:12 IF for now 8am-8pm. She had a sedentary lifestyle for last couple of years so, now I'm talking to her about morning walks.Lets see where this goes from here.

how did it go?
December is celebration month and I failed to keep it up. Common mistakes are lost calorie count sometimes, less protein intake and inconsistent fasting time (mixed of min 12 to max 16 hours)
Stress is main problem doctor . Other things i am following easily

Your videos are really helpful Sir. I have been following IF since 2 months now. Results are great.
Hi Dr, My 20 years of stubborn muscles have started relaxing -Started IMF from Nov 7th - 8.30pm to 7am fasting window, ½ cup coffee during the day 4 to 5 times (coffee addict I am). 1-2 cheat days are there. I have not done any dieting or fasting, as I will get shivers if I don’t eat on time. Walking, gym, yoga is halfway left attempts so far. After watching your video, I started to train my brain that I can withstand hunger even for 2 days with my body fat!! Initial 2-3 days in the night it was a bit tough but the water supported me very well. The results are amazing. I am able to wear my watch, ring, bend my body and touch my feet, stomach pain came down, the list is long…. I stopped taking medicines for my small ailments which were my daily issues. I just wanted to share this with you and also the people who follow the IMF, as I am benefitting a lot from this. Though I go to bed at 10 pm I don’t get proper sleep that is my only issue now. As you said in today's video, I felt that the initial 10 hours of fasting could be improved to 12, 14 hours gradually. I am confident that I can reach the 16 hours fasting window soon. Thank you, Dr.
