My home is monochromatic, too. After a busy day, it's relaxing to come home to a calm space. The designer did an amazing job.

Years ago I will never forget meeting her mom and sister at Marline Dennis show in Toronto with my sister and aunt from Vancouver ..Her mother was so proud of her daughter and I definitely can see why! You guys have basically the same set up on so many of the holes it’s all beige and cream and little bit of natural wood is the boring after a while!! when I see something colorful and different, I’ll start looking in again

The condo is gorgeous...luxe yet very minimalistic and very zen! Bliss!

It’s lovely, but once again… White and lacking color and pattern. I just imagine how much more interesting the condo could’ve been had they made bolder choices. I really wish House & Home would start showcasing different looking projects.

I wish the frame of the glass cabinet in the kitchen wasn’t polished chrome….it makes it look so cheap. Swap that out for antique bronze and it would look so much more high end …. And warmer. I would also swap out that “gold” brass colour in the bedroom for something a bit less gaudy. Overall this project is a stunning winner. Well done. I love it.

I don’t usually comment on these videos, and I’m getting tired of white interiors. BUT… What a fantastic job. I love the textured fabrics and subtle patterned finishes. And what an amazing rethinking of the layout. Moving the refrigerator was genius. The bedroom pendant lights are so cool, and the primary bath layout and finishes is perfect. Well done!

Lovely! My favourite details are the glass cabinets and the sheers wrapping all the way around the main space. I love what she did with the layout too, great improvements to the previous one

I love interior designs with white, and it is the nicest white design I ever seen. Victorian added many special features with her modern taste in a "white" design. Such a great job! I immediately subscribed the channel 🥰

She relocated fridge and freezer and put inside the sort of a closet. If you do like this, you should continue further with the same panelling and even go around the corner with the same paneling to blend everything more. Otherwise it looks like an isolated closet.

Did anyone else notice, That picture in the bedroom looks like the designer!

I really wish they would share the budget for these projects. Beautiful space!

Toooooooooo white

I am generally not a fan of mono interiors.... but this remodel looks amazing! I think the texture and quality of the materials make a huge difference. Activate is the buzz word of the moment... I have been hearing it more in meetings in the past few months.

While i dont like all the white, i got a lot of inspiration from The layouts n design. Specially the leaving is exactly like mine (except i have a floor to ceilings library instead of the tv). :)

Nicely done; a little too light for me (I’m a single guy). My favorite is the guest bedroom and bath.

I started a ‘beautiful’ drinking game, and was trashed in the 1st quarter 😁. It’s a little bland for my taste I prefer more colour but at the same time appreciate it’s nicely done.

I don't understand the fixation with all white kitchen cabinet.

It is good in general. Color proportions are right 60 to 30 to 10. Nice finish on the some walls. TV wall is not great. She should have carry the same finish which she is using on other walls all way up, eliminate open shelves to exclude visual noise. Or she could have use porcelain slab. TV should be flat to the wall, not angled.

@@dreamingincolour0 she just did not use the right mounting. Or right TV. Not all TV can be mount flat to the wall. I thing samsung Olay can. Some LGs can. Not all of them.

It always sounds so pretentious when designers say they had an allergic reaction to what seems to be a perfectly functioning bathroom... that just looks dated.

Restraint Color Palette aka All White 😂

Wow she has really taken a pretty ugly space to something that’s stunningly gorgeous. It helps to have a big budget 😊

Kitchen layout is a big NO. Too many corners you feel traped inside. Large format porcelain tiles is a big step forward. That what you should use from now on. I installed in mine and it so easy to clean.

Is that the Toronto access? She sounds like every other sentence ends in a question….

The owner failed up front. Her location has no view shed. Thus, all this investment fails because the location was weak. Nice finish. Draped. 100 percent shut in. In. A. High rise???

Bedroom is too simple. The baseboard and the wall behind should look like one piece. She just put a bed and paintings above. Thats too easy, everybody can do that. Back lights in the closet and kichen cabinet is good and a must.
