I'm pretty sure the amount spent on the renovation is more than most people spend on their entire home. Extremely beautiful.

I spotted at least 3 Perrin & Rowe faucets which are $2k each. This renovation was EXPENSIVE, but taste level is just wow. Great job! Classic, warm and elevated. Best house featured on this channel to date.

Unreal! Considered, steeped in heritage but with the most complementary modern touch. 👌🏽👌🏽

If you’ve got the money, this is how you do it. Kudos to the owners for respecting the original architecture and then enhancing it further with contemporary design and functionality. So well executed. A perfect home.

We used Farrow & Ball colours throughout the house to recreate a historical colour palette.

Gorgeous. Love the washroom sconce! Jewel. The fluted arked backsplash is striking. Stunning bay windows. Lovely bathroom pendant light over the bath; perfect there. Arched shower, wow. The toilet in an ached window setting is beautiful. OOOLALA

Most of the main floor is painted in Farrow & Ball Wimborne White. The kitchen cabinets are painted in Farrow & Ball Bone. The principal ensuite bathroom is also painted in Farrow & Ball. For the walls, we used Dimity. The ceiling is Wimborne White. The vanity is Dead Salmon. Dead Salmon was also used in the guest bedroom/office. I hope this helps!

Super video! The overall layout, boiserie, fireplace surrounds, floor treatments, and lighting are all superb; I especially love the dining room sconces and pendant. The interior furnishings take a back seat to the rest, but apparently this was intentional. I find the wall art too brash, but that's the client's call. Finally, the third floor bathroom is pretty sophisticated for a kid! Overall, well-done video and very satisfying design.

I totally agree. Was surprised by that. It makes it look like a focal point.

I had this push and pull feeling of emotions as I watched this - its GORGEOUS, no doubt, but has it lost too much of the history, especially with the lighting and furnishing choices?? In the end, I decided perhaps my biggest emotion was envy. lol

5:25 Beautiful kitchen, but one story about the stove my friends family has a stove like that and I swear to God that stove lasted seven months. It burned out. They had to get another one so this time they went with a wolf, which is what they should’ve did in the first place that stove is nothing but like the Louis Vuitton, of stoves it does not last very long, it’s just about having aexpensive stove home in your stove more than the quality of the stove
