I love your laid back yet very clear presentation style, and this game seems to flow quite well, with a good narration. The Luftwaffe fought hard and bravely against huge aerial armadas, pressing home their attacks to close range which as a pilot I can tell you, is terrifying for the closing speed allows little room for mistake. I like games like this that allow a narrative from the non allied point of view. This seems to strike a good balance of pressing home an attack vs risk of being shot down. Great use of music, and love the animations, very good presentation. thank you for sharing. I'm interested in picking this up. I like the semi-RPG elements of the game too.

LOVE the background music! The Battle of Britain soundtrack works perfectly here!

Thanks Jim! Not gonna lie, I actually found a CD copy of the soundtrack on Amazon and bought it mostly for this play through (even though I do like the music and the movie). It was a win-win!

Is it possible to sync sorties in the game to historic bombing raids by the Eighth Air Force?

You would have to 'house rules' that possibility because the optional rules don't have an allowance for that. The sortie concept designed in the game is an aggregate based on the number of raids flown that month by the 8th Air Force that had, on average, the possibility of being intercepted by a particular German squadron. It keeps you from having to roll dice for a possible raid every single day. The game simply breaks it down to those raids that could be intercepted. Hope that wasn't too confusing. :)

Just a small point - I don't think the wingman gets a prestige point for your initial kill. An excellent overview of gameplay.

That's correct, wingmen do no accumulate prestige points. Near the end of the video, I showed the wingman getting an experience point. Your wingman actually starts with one experience point. I just forgot to "give" it to him until the end. A forgetful error on my part. :)

@@pdex2165 oops my Bad too, I saw the point being awarded and completely forgot that both the XP space was for the Bordschutze and assumed it was a Prestige Box next to the wingman......ooooo apologies.

On fence about this, i got NIghtfighter ace and options are getting this or Hunted

Both are good choices. I don't have Hunted but from what I've seen and heard it's another great narrative-style game from Greg Smith. I guess it boils down to your personal interest in the subject matter.

I'm using Sony's Movie Maker 13 for the videos.

I ALWAYS go with landing skills..that's what has killed my pilots the most, early in their career.
