@@poor_man01 it’s 50MHz higher boost from 4600 but 150Mhz lower base clock, so if you have decent cooling, should be the same. It would be difference from cpu power i3 to i5 to i7

Not worth it u can get a gtx 730 for cheaper with less lag on some games including more fps on minecraft and gta 5, although if u dont really have a cheap budget if u have a budget from 200-300 u can get a gtx 650 that runs smoother then borh gtx 730 and hd 4600. Dont recommend buying the 4600 at all, do research and watch videos for ur type of budget.
