Sir, you have by far the best videos about EU. Not ideologicaly biased at all as well, which is sadly rare nowdays. There actually 33 DGs in the commission, not 27.

There are several good textbooks on the European Union, all of which cover the institutional structures. See, for example, Cini and Borragan's "European Union Politics," Lelieveldt's "Politics of the European Union," Olsen's "European Union: Politics and Policies," or McCormick's "The European Union." The European Union's website also has a number of resources for understanding its institutional structure and politics. Good luck in your studies!
