Thank you so much for this!!! Will you be able to do Services & persons as well???
Love your videos. They help me a lot in my European law study. Another relevant subject to study is the freedom of movement, services, and establishment in relation to third country nationals. I was hoping that you could provide video on that matter. Thank you for considering my request!
Both. A banana (the yellow thing you peel and eat) is undoubtedly a fruit (containing the seeds of the plant: see 'Is a tomato a fruit or a vegetable?), though since commercially grown banana plants are sterile, the seeds are reduced to little specks. The banana plant is called a 'banana tree' in popular use, but it's technically regarded as a herbaceous plant (or 'herb'), not a tree, because the stem does not contain true woody tissue. //OXFORD Dictionary Thanks for the video!
really well laid out and explained nicely, thanks for your time
Thank you so much for the video, I have the exam tomorrow so hoping I will pass it. Come to Dubai to be our lecturer in MDX University will be great to have you here.

Thank you very much for the video on this topic, it has been super helpful. I appreciate this so much, am so speechless
Thank you so much-these videos are amazing. I was wondering if it is still seen as discriminatory if it favours one member state over another (but not the domestic state)?
Who dislikes this video? The mind boggles.
hey great video, just wondering does 'at the point of entry' mean at the border of the respective MS?
this really helped me a lot marcus, thank you so much. hope everything is going great in your new job.

Hi Marcus Firstly, THANKYOUUUUU. You saved my brain from frazzling on this subject. Big respect for the time and energy you put to these videos, you are a rockstar Marcus!! Secondly, I am slightly confused. Does article 36 provide exemptions for article 30, or only article 34? Thanks :)
Thank you so much for all your videos. A massive help. :)

You are saving my life for my assignment problem 😭
I know this video was a few years ago, honestly it is great. I am confused on a problem question I found in a textbook. It asks to advise whether Germany's actions comply with EU free movement of goods. What they have done is introduced big taxation on meat made with chemicals and smaller taxation on what they deem 'natural' meat. Producers of the meat have argued that the chemicals are sometimes needed to preserve the meat . Would art 110 govern this? It being discriminatory taxation on similar products?
thank you soooooo much y£9000 to you rather than uni because you teach me alot more than they do.
Fantastic. Very detailed. Thank you

Mr. Cleaver thank you so very much for making this so simple. I mean I was having a hard time just wrapping my head around this until now. The EU's reasoning sounded very much like those of Lord Denning's view on things. Re: the banana is not a fruit.

Would bananas in the Comm v Italy case be a breach of Article 101(2), they might not be similar to fruit but are undoubtedly in competition? There is a big market for videos of this type on youtube, if you keep producing similar content id expect the channel to grow very quickly.
@marcuscleaver

+Ross Canning I should think there is a better chance of success under competition law as they would both seem to be in the relevant market. Thanks for the comment, it's a bit of a niche audience but as long as it is of some use to law students that is the main thing.
Thank you so much, this was so helpful :)
