Lots of promissory notes for Gerry… this is why he cannot win every year. He has to pay them. Before investments. Huh Gerry… ?!

Jerry you have to do business FOR Ac Milan and not ABOUT Ac Milan

Dear Mr Cardinale pls stop talking about AC Milan this way. Supporters are becoming furious towards you (your choice) and against our historical and incredible team. You need to be smarter in the way you communicate and do understand that certain topics you love to discuss need to be shared inside your management team and not with the supporters

Another point that Cardinale tries to make which is nothing more than an excuse to justify his own shortcomings: variety of winners benefit the competition. I.e. if Milan don't win it's ok, the movement is going to benefit our club as long as it's healthy and we're competitive (i.e. milk the Champions League money). So why is it that the Premier League, with Man City winning probably a 4th title in 5 years, is such a success? And Bayern in Germany dominating? One of the best run clubs in the world, I don't see the damage done to its dominance in the Bundesliga. Real Madrid in Spain, winning a plethora of La Liga and Champions League, is a failure because it's killing variety now? Why is this muppet expecting people that love Milan to buy this BS? These are lies, whataboutery aimed at buying time and it's only going to irate the fans (pardon me, his commercial targets) even more. Does Cardinale even realise how his words are perceived? I thought communication was his forte, the fact he's so oblivious to how his words would be received in Italy and by Milan fans all over the world is astonishing in its arrogance and naivety. This on the back of the recent public ridiculing of another of the suits festering at Milan, Scaroni: a man who's been opening his mouth without thinking on sporting matters throughout the season. But now we have a new champion, Gerry Cardinale: mouthing nonsense at financial forums and showing how little he knows of the club he's supposed to run. We don't care about the good of the movement, Gerry: we care about Milan being where it belongs, at the top. That should be your priority, too: not turning Milan into a media company, not "modernising" it into being a soulless performance monkey for the highlight generation you so believe in. You don't get what you're dealing with, you barely knew anything about Milan when you came on board: stop embarassing yourself and the club you're supposed to represent and, more importantly, stop taking the piss out of the fans. We see you.

This clown (Gerry Cardinale) last season sold a very important player and used the Champions League money to finance the transfer season...he's basically spent zero on progressing the club on a sporting level, he's merely dropping useless sound bytes and keeping Milan standing still. The fact that Antonio Conte is available and Cardinale's men refuse to consider him (and they would have tried to save money by keeping Pioli if the Europa League campaign didn't end with Roma and fans made their feelings clear) is criminal. Get Cardinale out of Milan!!!

Another gem: "having the same winner every year will make sport less interesting". What would you know, since you're too busy milking the club and making a profit and have won 0 trophies in 2 full seasons? Hiring clowns like Furlani and leaving Milan without a Sporting Director after sacking its soul, Paolo Maldini? You're benefiting from Elliott's work and have made no progress since taking over. We're sick of the sight of you!!!

Truthfully he had control on Maldinis last market. You don’t like him bc he’s American. Were you like this under a much worse owner who missed out on champions league 9 straight years? Stop the harassment

@@stephenburglass7101 Nope I don't like him because he's prioritising his own interests over the good of the club. I don't like him because he hasn't improved one single thing since taking over. Because he's arrogant enough to assume he can do away with a Sporting Director and football people only to replace them with suits like Furlani, a man clearly out of his depths in football, taking away a point of reference to the squad like Maldini. The improvements you see now at Milan has been down to Elliott's work, the fact Milan are the only big club in Italy with a + in their balance is something Cardinale inherited. The Champions League qualifications were achieved before he arrived, now he's merely enjoying the benefits of it whilst focusing on building a stadium to resell at a profit. His only interest is now to keep Milan in the top 4 to keep the money coming in, avoiding Conte is another clear sign of where this lot want to go: hire yes men, keep it profitable, invest as little as possible and sell at the right time. As for US owners, I've had the pleasure to live through another disaster with Randy Lerner at Aston Villa, a club he left in tatters after years of mismanagement. This is speculation, not progress. The nonsense Cardinale spouts about sport being boring if the same team wins every year is nonsensical, fans can see what's going on and are beginning to call out the bullshit.
