@Moe actually, there is nothing that you can use instead of curd because it gives very smooth texture to the recipe... but I think you can add Malai cream to it... but just confirm

Hello mam I tried your dhokla recipe today it came out so well... Earlier also I have tried with many recipes but urs was excellent....my only question is why you have not added sugar with water while giving tadka I think it would have given more soften texture to it...
