Yea crockpots are perfect! I’m using the crockpot setting on the Instant Pot!
Looking forward to the wonderful flavor with added serrano! In future, could you please let us uninitiates in on the versatility (and ingredients) of Mexican-style chorizo? It doesn't get enough attention.

Hi Melissa, what brand of “processed American cheese” do you use please? I know when I make my White Queso, if I don’t use Land O Lakes brand of white American it is not nearly as good tasting.

I use Velveeta i don’t like other brands as the texture is not great. Adding natural cheese to the velveeta really makes a difference!
