Instant Pot Caramel. In today’s video kitchen gadgets experts Dominic and Samantha Milner from recipethis.com will be teaching you how easy it is to transform a can of sweetened condensed milk into caramel using the instant pot pressure cooker.
If you have ever made caramel with condensed milk on the stovetop you will know that it takes 4 hours but do it in the instant pot and you have done it in 40 minutes.

Actual time: 20 minutes for the pot to pressure up, 40 minutes to cook, 10 minutes to vent, 2-3 hours for the can to cool enough to eat. Delicious!

Use it to spread on bread (like peanut butter), on crackers (for a sweet & salty snack), or on cake (as cake filling), or as a cookie filling! ❤😋👌🏽
I use a double boiler to make mine. Safe with no chance of exploding. Set a timer for 30 minutes, check water level and stir. This allows me to make sure that I have the consistency and color that I want.
How does it bake? Say under apple slices in a tart

You sure can. You could even do four at once. And same cook time.

Yes, it is wrong to consume the whole can by yourself. That is how-to develop diabetes, ha, ha. My favorite diet is to Share It, so you don't eat the whole thing yourself....
