Instant Pot BBQ Boneless Beef Ribs

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I'll show you how to make Instant Pot BBQ Boneless Beef Ribs in just 30 minutes under pressure. These ribs are simple, quick and delicious and taste like you cooked them on the grill or smoker. A hint of liquid smoke gives it a slightly smoky flavor mimicking the smoke/grill flavor.

    Thank you for the kind words, Salina. I don't think you can go wrong with this particular recipe. they are really close to ribs that you would have smoked on a smoker.

    Thumbs up for testing seared vs un-seared. However, I am thinking that the searing and then de-glazing liquid shared it's flavor across all ribs over 30 minutes. So it is probably the case that the delicious juices were distributed. Would seem you would have to literally make 2 completely separate batches so as to eliminate the beneficial sharing of the de-glazed juices.

    All the steam inside an IP or similar dilutes the flavorings. You have to use more than you would for other cooking methods. My biggest struggle with the IP was figuring out how to get flavorings right.

  • @JaxxDrinkwater

    @JaxxDrinkwater

    How many times have you tried it, what ribs exactly are you using and are you buying them from the same place? It's actually pretty hard to dry out meat in a pressure cooker, so it's probably just the meat or the type of cut.
