    I'm in such pain right now. There's no way I can do these movements. I'm suffering from a femoral pinched nerve. To make things worse I took an anti- inflammatory, and my blood pressure shot up to 190. I feel miserable and in pain day and night.

    Dr. Rowe…. For years other doctors told me one of the main contributors to low back pain was an injured sacrum and weak low back/core muscles. I can’t find any video from you with exercises to make all these muscles stronger. Could you please upload such a video? Also: why do I feel, when I sit down, that I can’t stay straight, like muy sacrum gives in and slides?

    What do I do if doing these moves hurt my lower back a lot more? I've noticed just laying on my belly at all causes so much more lower back pain than any other position. I've been pregnant once if that info helps; my child is almost three now and my lower back has been like this since giving birth. 😅

    I'm 61, and it hurts to lay on my stomach too. The cobra stretch is definitely a no no for me. I have an exercise ball that I use for the best relief. That same exercise on your back with knees bent over the big ball going side to side really helps with the low back and strengthens your core and tummy muscles.
