Move to wing? He has been at wing the entire time he has been with Seattle save for a few games where he had to fill in.

The whole thing with players and Hakstol was a bullshit story. Local insiders confirmed that yeah...Hakstol had lost the room, but it was no where near the player revolt it was made out to be by Emily Kaplan. I know and respect Emily's work, but she really got some bad intel on this one guys.

Appreciate the attention on this. Additions of Stephenson and Montour, aside from just being good pros we never would have had a chance to get in expansion, really helps this team on a bunch of levels. I expect the Kraken to play more loose and maybe with a little more confidence, which could lead to more goals. Just having these two in the locker room should help the development of our young players, too. I don’t hate the Larsson idea. Never thought of that. I was really hoping for Skinner, too, and I’m certain there were discussions, but obviously he felt there was a better shot at playoffs in Edmonton.

Players saying they wouldn’t play for Hakstol is under talked about because it’s UNTRUE Adam. It was refuted the same day, with players being interviewed saying it never happened. Stop spreading misinformation around dude. You keep spreading this crap.

This is an insane contract. Without Mark Stone he was at best a mediocre middle 6 center. (With Stone, he was pretty good) Seattle does not have Mark Stone. He is not a high IQ player. He takes bad, pointless penalties. He is unwilling to shoot the puck. He works hard and can fly, will occasionally make the highlight reel with a beautiful play, and that’s about it.

@@wakankinyan no I’ve just been watching him for the whole time in Vegas. He is one of those frustrating players who has some great elements to his game, but makes you want to pull your hair out. His Vegas contract was a bargain, this is crazy.

Seattle should use Stephenson in net on days when Joey needs a break.
