Installing UPR 90-04 Mustang Front Bumper Support - 1996 GTS

I have a few plans for the GTS. Reduce weight and increase horsepower before the next season of track events. In this video I install UPR front bumper support bar. The install was pretty easy but there was one part that held me up. The plastic part that I had to break off took at least 30 min because I didn’t want to damage the bumper cover. For the most part this is an easy way to remove 13 lbs from the far front of the car.

Just for future reference, you don’t need to break the tabs on the bottom of the head lamp, the way to remove it is by unscrewing the 4 8 mm bolts on the little support holding the bracket and it will come off all in one piece. If you break it your gonna destroy your bumper

Hey John. I've used some of your products I have a 700whp turbo 2v build I'm doing. I'm having issues with my oil pickup tube clearance. My gt500 windage tray clears the crank, Boundary billet 3v oil. Pump and s197 4v pick up tube. Stock oil pan with the fins removed. And the pick up tube is WAY too long my oil pan don't even sit on the engine flush. I ended up buying a gt500 pick up tube from tasca but im at a loss to why this set up isn't working even tho it's pride and true set up. Thansk for the awesome videos
