Hey man, you should show how to replace the bulbs by the shifter like where it shows you what gear you’re in. Mine are green and I’m doin a all red theme in my jeep thank man great videos !!!

Hello, I need help, I was changing the bulbs to LED and when they were changing them, a spark was heard and now the lights on my instruments do not turn off, what could it be?

These are the only ones I have available but you can still dim them with your dimmer switch is that is what you mean

Think it was regarding 'Color temperature' or what range in spectrum 3000(blue for the green on our plants to grow) to about 6400(red to make them bud lol). Soft colors tend to be a combo of LEDs to get a color not so definitive(or appear incandescent), but you may have answered him spot on! You filming and talking about alot of things us Jeep nerds like, and we loves us some details! Party on, sir.

That's my man, getting in that dash paying the blood price! In/behind the dash and steering can be a bit of a cluster****. Let us know what you think about them after you've experienced it at night and get a feel for it. Very curious about the heat difference from the little (are they incandescents?) stock bulbs...and the voltage draw as well. Assume they are 12v? My air control face had little holes in it where the bulbs were. Assumed it was from heat, as it seems a common issue. My WJ has been a finicky lady on the electrical side. Nice work my man. Keep em rolling.

Yea it’s not to bad to get to the dash! The fun part is figuring out the way the LEDs go so I tried to make that easier for you guys! The chips in these are a better version than cheap bulbs you can find anywhere and they don’t heat up as much as the cheap ones yea I can do a voltage draw and all that for you guys 👌 great video idea!

@@NajarOffroad Absolutely, please do. That is important information when added to the aggregate, especially detailed electrical info. It's odd with my 2000WJ, before I figured out what was going on, tiny difference is draw, ground(sometimes affected by weather) or temp...would royaly mess things up on the whole. When headlights were on the break lights didn't work, or when they were the overhead computer would dim and be unresponsive; any issue that could affect electrical did. Anyway, I just mean to say somthing like this might be affected positively by an updated electrical components like you installed...or negatively. But the data will let us know. Thanks brother.

Will do brotha! Haven’t noticed anything weird with the electrical on the weather or brake lights 👌 I’ll make a video next week showing the Voltage and Amp draw on the bulbs 🤟

i have a wg 2004 and its overland is there any chance to know how to change (if is possible) the gauge cluster light. (its without bulbs)

What do you mean by the correct order? It's just a plus or a minus...

Can I get the link for the bases of the bulbs? It's not in the description.

Will these work if your wj has a white gauge cluster instead of a black one?

I saw this on your channel a while back, and thought it was a great idea, so I ordered some on your website! Should get here on Saturday, (Also Saturday is my birthday, so perfect timing!) is it hard to do? How long did it take with out doing the video?

yo would you have any idea why my new color LED bulbs that I changed out from the original do not turn off? They stay on unless I disconnect my battery. I just don't understand, it's crazy.

@@samueldoston5252 No. I just keep the fuse out until night. I have to remove fuse again if staying long at a stop.

Any issue with the interior lights staying dimly lit all the time after switching to leds? I changed mine and they stay lit even when the jeep is off. I haven't tried adding a resistor yet as I'm not sure how to go about it.

Yes resistor is added. No dim light issue. I put the resistor in the hatch light

Any information on that resistor? It didn’t come with my kit. Would also like to add footwell/under dash lights. Interior are not coming on when doors open?

I have to say wonderful videos man, thank you very much for sharing! I've seen 3 of them now and really enjoyed! I have one question though. Are the instrument panel cluster bulbs the same as the HVAC control bulbs? I bought a big pack of LEDs and have extra ones left over. I'm hoping I can use those extra ones in the HVAC control.

It depends on your HVAC system do you have the Manual or the automatic dual zone control? If you have the manual you can.

That was the first mod I did with my 2000WJ. 20 years and works like day 1. I use a Viper, but can't immagine any of them qpuld be difficult to install.
