So my '02 grand 4.0 has the 2 left guages but none of the others and when i turn the key 3 times i get the code p1685 but it starts and than shuts off would this be the solution to my problem or is it something else

All the trouble i have with my AC is in air flow, ive replaced the blower motor, completely removed the Ac systems and fully deep cleaned it heater core, evaporator, vents, everything still not enough flow to keep me cool in 100 degrees with 99% humidity here in VA any ideas?

The A/C in the WJ's is not designed to be the best, that's for sure. It just never seems to get as cold as my other vehicles, despite changing out everything over the years. I enjoy your vid's, keep up the good work.

No way😭 what’s the replacement you have to use? I know it doesn’t cause any ozone issues but it does cause greenhouse issues
@@NajarOffroad no replacement, has to be done at a shop. Which sucks cause all the a/c components on my wj look brand new so I'd rather repair myself. It may be cheaper to go to Oregon or Idaho to pick up a few bottles than go to the shop.

Dude the shader valve tool is badass. Nice video sir. Pulled my engine and rebuilt it and my ac has been goofy ever since. Pretty sure its the 25 year old shrader valves. 102 in NC last week. Not fun.

I have the '04 Limited and it has the lumbar switch.
Definitely replace that control arm and ball joint if your doing a lift kit.

I took mine out it stop over heating but it could also be the fan since it’s a two speed the first might come on but not second it needs replacing trust
What size at them nuts? Need to get a crow’s foot to torque them down. No idea on the size since I already installed them on the Jeep.
Hmmm. Your description was good but every time you talked about opening or closing a clip you had your hands in the way, or camera cut away at the critical moment... Never actually saw how you open the clips. Not visually helpful.

I just did the water pump, and thermostat on my 2002 4.0 about a week ago. Make sure you get all the air out. I also realized my electric fan isnt working, so I got the module to install. Hoping that'll fix it. Did the Governor pressure solenoid, and transducer, as well as the 3/4 spring. Mine was broke into 3 pieces. Always another project with these Jeeps.
Why do u take out the spark arrestor dont that make it less faster
Id have stick welded it with 7018.
All 4.7 V8 WJ’s have the 5 speed 45RFE just fit a 03 onwards trans controller and convert it from 4 to 5 speed.
Got both a 4.7 Wj and two xj’s with the 4.0 even tho the two xj’s are a lot smaller and lighter the WJ is a lot better on fuel.
