I bought the Launch CRP129X Elite Scanner off Amazon using your coupon and Amazon's coupon, for a great price. I started using the scanner and found some glitches with the navigation of the software. OK, it happens, could the user or the scanner. I call Launch's US support for help and was told this model (CRP129x) from Amazon is not a USA version, but an offshore model and NOT supported by the US division. And, if I needed support to email Launch's non US branch. I then did a KZread search and found other users with the same issues. Retuned scanner to Amazon for a refund.

I don’t think so but I’ll check. From what I have read only the SuperChip can do that
