Can rely on manufacturers instruction unless you can read Spanish or french ... This coming from a guy that usually doesn't even read distructions

I have a door open from the other side(reverse). When I put the back plate, it doesn’t lock all the way!! I didn’t put battery and master code. My assumption was if I can’t do it by hand, it would not work with keypad. Should I have continued? How would this work?

excellent video, but if i may be so bold, be aware of the "backset" distance-- (backset is distance from edge of door to the center of keyway, and can be either 2- 3/8" or 2-3/4") you may need to twist the latch 180 degrees to lengthen it.

Does this lock do well in the rain?

I'm stuck at 44 seconds part. The 2 big screws dont go fully inside from the back. They are stuck at halfway and so the outer fingerprint side of the case is totally loose. What's the catch.

Hi! Great video, Thanks! So I installed a similar one. W/a flat numeric touchpad. I followed the same instructions as this one, and it was going great. However, after it went through its series of reboot, I took the wire out (can’t even remember why) @ part (1:40-in your video) once I reinserted the wire, the touchpad wouldn’t go through the automatic reboot series again…and the touchpad isn’t making any noise or showing any lights🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m going bananas. lol Tried back reset button, took batteries out/in, and nuttin.🤦🏼‍♀️ Any idea where I went wrong? Or what I can try to set it up, get it functional? Thanks! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

What do you do if the lock goes to the left and to unlock also goes to the left?

I am currently having that issue. Took it apart multiple times i can't figure it out. Its works manually but electronics keeps going to the left to lock.

Have a lock that I took off the door to paint now that I am ready to I stall again can not get the lock to lock the dead bolt tries to turn the wrong way,I have tried everything and even watched your video,and still cannot get it to work. Help

Is yours also a deadbolt electronics LOCK? if yes take out a 🔋 for ten seconds or more before you put it back press the reset button and dont let go keep pressing as you put back the 🔋 the lock should turn green press the lock again and it should work normal your lock is reset to factory settings and the code is the default code
