@@Mk4heavenHD Oh the original Golf headlights are rubbish especially the high beam! Even I put LEDs in the main and it doesn’t make much difference or any brighter. Which is why I changed to projectors so I can run 8000k HID bulbs in the projector dip and LED in the main and they are so much better! I couldn’t agree more that projectors should be on mk4 golfs as standard!👍

Nice video my man. You going to adjust the new headlight beam position? It's a must for new light housings. There's 2 screws on each housing for side to side and up and down adjustments

Hey man since you are the goto mk4 man what turbo should i go for if i want power what fits and doesnt?

Hi Mate, if you after good power 280-300bhp I would go for k03s hybrid turbo like beach buggy k280 or k300 as this can still use the normal golf mk4 decat downpipes and is less hassle. If you on a bit of a budget and can pick up a cheap k04 turbo from a bam engine then you also require the downpipe to go with it and these are good for 260-280bhp. hope this helps.

I noticed your evap delete blanking cap on the inlet, how have you blanked the other end as I was thinking of doing it but worried about over pressurising the fuel tank.

Hi mate good question, I initially had a one way valved pipe on there which I need to replace. I've temporarily just blanked it with a bung like it used to be back in the day I just make sure I don't fill the tank up and release the pressure every so often, I need to get another new one way valve.

Now then mate will be installing a fmic soon and just seen how much you had to cut the bumper to fit yours ? Are they all like this ?

Hi mate, Yes they all need trimming mate. If you going big intercooler like my car then you need R32 bumper as stock bumper won’t be sufficient because the amount it would need cut out would leave you with no bumper at all lol. Yes they all need trimming mate. If you going smaller thinner intercooler you will be fine on stock bumper with some trimming required.

Any recommendations on coolant hose kits for these 1.8t jettas?? I’ve seen the forge kits for $230, I got my aluminum coolant flange kit for $40, I figure I’ll save money on the hoses and flanges if I can haha, only place I might wanna shortcut

I did a video on it mate go check it out. I bought some cheap ones off eBay and they did the trick. I think it’s the video titled coolant flush and is 2 parts.

Yeah it needed some attention since the Honda has come lol.

What are you doing at 4:21? I have the 2.0 GL, I think mine was broke because it was just being held in by the hood release 😂

I was removing the grille mate, I usually put a cloth on the paintwork and pry it upwards then split the hood release prongs to get it off lol.

Good question mate, civic is marinating whilst I save up for a few bits. It will soon be heading over to JDK for them to inspect a few things then I will be getting into it properly.

Ha ha ha, actually I prefer 4door over 2door lol… I find the doors look too big on the 2 door.
