I wouldn't be able to, there's just too many variables to do it right without having the swap in front of me: line lengths, bends, fitting types, fitting sizes, etc.. The easy way would be to find a local shop that can crimp the fittings, buy everything you need online, mock the lines up in your car, then drive to the shop and have them crimp the fittings on.
