I just found your video about installing the tank in your Nova. I bought a tank just like yours at a swap meet for $100 and I’m replacing the plastic smaller tank in my Nova. I went to Summit Racing today and bought the AN fittings and hose. What did you end up using for the vent?

bro what pump and lines did you have to use to install it?

I have the same tank in my nova from eBay like 160bucks when I got it.. it holds fuel good I just added more holes and a fill spout to mine. Works out good but may be selling soon to go stock style.

@@GreaserthoughtsGarage I opened up the center for an in tank pump with baffle. Then added a hole for the spout. My dumb ass put aluminum butyl tape “temporarily”because I had a leak. I should probably fix that but the tape worked hahah

You just wokr on it in the parking lot? If so that's kinda tougher to get things done. Be cool to have a garage space to work on it. stating the obvious but it'd be cool to see you have a space like that to work in :-)

Don't pull the foam out in e85 cars or track cars that see intense g's. The foam prevents fuel starvation.

How did you hook up the fuel level sensor? I was thinking it was the green to gauge..but out of my gauge to the float it's yellow 🤔so I'm just double checking.. thinking you guys might know.. The other thing I just realized..that damn filler isn't waterproof.. I'm glad I haven't put fuel in yet but I pulled out that foam crap ( my wife did ..she can fit her hand inside it no way could I do it I couldn't get Three fingers in it). Found it had taken on water from the rain.. it's mounted in the back bed of my jeep..no top!

I have no idea bro. It’s a market place special motor. I just know it’s a 468 and that about it if I find out I’ll let you know!

Wouldn’t recommend that fuel cell your using i had the same one and the welds cracked than I somehow came into another one and when I sold it the guy said he bought the same one and welds failed as well

Yeah well I've seen your video yesterday and I seen them still facing upward that's why I made mention to it bro. I know that there are other things to do in life than be working on an old school car all the time , other things That need to be done h*** my car aint done , another question let me know how that rear shock relocation kit works out I was thinking about ordering the same one and putting it in my car but I didn't want to use those K YB shocks that come with the kit I've had those kyb shocks the black ones they seem soft when you push them in , so l got the better kyb shocks the silver ones just was maybe gonna use the silver ones instead of the black ones that come with a kit let me know how that kit works out bro if you don't mind
