When I buy a new set I just throw the 10mm away. No need for all the anticipation of when it'll be gone.

Looks good. I used this style once and I slid my truck down a bank and the bar bent rather then hold the truck up and ended up twisting the drive shaft off.

Those will work great on my "pavement Princess". I never intentionally off road anyway. My Duramax/Alison is made for towing and camping. I use it as my business truck to deliver firewood processors and I have a lead foot. I feel the axle wrap and notice the leaf spring gaps changing a lot. I just purchased a set of Reaper traction bars and will be installing them in a few days. I have put this upgrade off long enough. I need to fabricate the end brackets anyway so I will try to leave as much ground clearance as I can.

Have lost 10mm's, flashlights and pocket screwdrivers. Love the truck and loving all the content. With as many consistent videos and good educational awesome content you post I have no doubt you will be a big youtuber some day. Keep up the good work.

10mm socket is like that sock missing from the pair.

My metric set doesn't get much use. Mostly just my standard set. Still have all of my 10mm sockets.

Do the battery grounds or ecu have to be unplugged when welding on the frame?

What brand traction bars would you recommend HSP or WC Fab or longhorn. Thanks

How far does that rod end go into the traction bar? The shop my trucks at hasn't done many traction bars and was wondering about install. Trucks looking good!

Seems to me on the location of the zerk fitting should have been in front under the frame of the truck. Looks like it would get ripped off pointing down like.

I would have been pissed if I saw those guys welding and overspraying next to my brand new paint job,doesn’t take that long to get some masking tape.

You can't reuse u bolts 🤦🏻‍♂️

"Install Traction Bars on a Duramax:".... should be "Install Traction Bars on a Silverado or Sierra." Sorry, but a Duramax is the engine, not the truck. I've yet to see an engine that could accommodate traction bars.

People say “duramax” because GM is the only manufacturer that makes the same truck with two different names but the same engine. By saying duramax you mean either a Chevy Silverado HD or a GMC Sierra HD. Just easier saying duramax.
