Today I'm installing flooring in the box truck. A lot of folks choose natural wood themes inside their vans but I like a modern feeling. I mean, I'm already living in the forest and looking at trees all day so why not have a bit of modern luxury inside my tiny home...
I believe this might be the best solution out there if you want a fine luxury finish that is also easy and affordable.

Throughout my 5 previous conversions, I have focused on building, only sharing highlights on Instagram Stories…THAT STOPS TODAY!
For the first time, Nomad Brad is actually documenting his process of converting a box truck into a tiny home.
This will be a unique series for 2 reasons:
1) I have tons of experience and unique ideas after spending 5 years living in vehicles and fully converting 5 different rigs.
2) This will not be a video where we complete the full conversion in a shop, then move in. I am doing this build with the intention to live in it ASAP. The order in which I choose to build systems will be based on what is required to start living in my new home on wheels. This will be great insight for folks looking to get on the road ASAP

Brad did you live in a van before the box truck 🚚 I was in a van for 2 years and I just got my first box truck. What a massive difference!

Yes, I started out in a van you can see it here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/inaZxMaQnMnKnZc.html Then I built a shuttle bus to live in. Box truck is my favorite that’s why I’m building another one

Don't just use a wood block. Cut a piece. Lock it in place. Then use a wood block. Placing a wood block against the joint can damage the joint. The piece you cut is called a sacrificial piece. If you damage the sacrificial piece, nobody cares.

I had carpet in my first van. I prefer a hard surface for easy cleaning..
