Hello, I accidentally deleted one of the 2 .insv files in the video file I shot with my x3. Later, I recovered the file with a data recovery program, but I cannot open it in the studio program. It gives a corrupted file error. Can you help me with this issue?

My sd card crashed and i lost half my footage but i did a recovery and its found the insv files but cant load them as it they are corrupted but did notice the same file has sometimes 4 files for it and diffrence at the end of the file name is simply _01 _02 _03 _04 but when i try to load it in it says its corrupted and missing the file that brings the 2 files together dint really understand why it has 4 files instead of just 2....but im not sure where i get that lrv file from as i don't see it in the recovery folders

in my case the video is corrupted on the camera it self. how do i fix that? while recording on bike the camera light up a green light i don't know what it mean then when i got home i try to open the video from the camera galary and it say filt corrupted. and when i check my SD card it only has two file on that video insted of e file as usual.. how can i fix it ?

Hi! Thanks for the video. I tried the fix but it did not work. Do I need to add file extension to each file (.LRV and .insv)? The files I copied from the SD card do not have the extension.

They should be already the correct file type but I might add the .lrv and .insv to see if the program recognizes it! Good luck!

The process should be the same as the reading software is the same for both OS's, did it not work for you?
