Thank you, it worked. Differently from other tutorials, this video indicates pressing the camera button - this is what worked for me. Other tutorials indicate pressing the case buttons, which did not resolve my camera's problem. Best regards!

I fly a geprc phantom, and thought about getting the insta 360 for my drone. Tried the runcam 5 orange, but still just a little to heavy for it. So, I think this will be my next camera!!

YES

I have a 64GB edition that would record pro video for not more than 3.5 minutes. I connected it to a windows computer, opened the drive in file explorer, and formatted it without the quick format box checked. After that it recorded 17.5 minutes which brought the internal battery down to 20% so I stopped there. Don't know if the problem will reoccur. Hoping the solution works again if it does.

I seem to have to take these steps too often. Also my case seem to not like connecting to the case, I I have to reboot things. But I love the videos I get

For me, not that often. It seems totally dead but once you reset it, it's back to normal again.

I have the original 360 Go. I like the charging case with the Go 2 and the replaceable lens.

Yes. I use it all the time. Resetting it only take a few seconds. It doesn't freeze on me that much on the latest firmware. The earlier firmware versions had more issues with freeze ups but it's a lot less common now.

I'm moving to the bones but that Go2 is still my go to for personal stuff

I was having an issue that the camera blue light was on in the case, the case was on and the camera was very hot. I couldnt do anything. so I open the case, take out the camera press the record button on the camera and the funktion button on the case for 7sec, and after that, everything was fine.

I did a hard reset before. It froze. Luckily never had corrupt problem. Thought once it didn't recorded. But I turned app totally off then logged back in then videos from camera showed up. Love the Go2 use it alot. Never was impressed with smo 4k

I had mine quit responding like that when it sat for a while and the battery died completely, just like you said... I eventually got it to respond again but it took a lot of messing around (I couldn't find the manual and a lot of that stuff isn't easy to find on their website or the app). So this is a good reference , thanks.

However you're expecting the free lunch crowd to do some work and read the manual themselves, or heaven forbid contact support themselves when they all know you sit around just waiting for questions from the lazy. I wonder if you can troubleshoot insta go 2. Mine its just bricked after my drone crashed. Solid blue at the camera but can't connect either apps or pc. A lot of owner of this so called action cam having this issue. Error code - 14062 & -14171. 7sec reset wouldn't work. Please help before i throw away this insta go 2 into rubbish 😂

Some people absolutely refuse to read a manual (like my nephew)😂 He'll either ask me how something works, or look it up online. He'd rather watch an online video when I'm not around, than read the manual. He bought a brand new 3D printer over a month ago and it's still sitting on a table in pieces because he doesn't want to read the instructions. 🤣 LAZY!!!
