I recorded this using the selfie stick that I just moved around my body. Then it was edited using the phone app. I tried to 'track' my body, but that failed, so I just set a bunch of keyframes and kept them centered on my head. Upon watching it I went back in and added additional keyframes when the movement was rapid and the head went out of frame.
