This video brings tears to my eyes. The sadness when Rabbi Tovia speaks is so obvious. Why do the Christians not target other religions, why not Muslims, why not Buddhists, why Jewish people?? I think maybe this is Gods last plea to his people to test their faith one last time. These Christians will not win! I am not a Jew, l am a Gentile that can proudly say l am no longer Catholic or Christian. I believe in Hashem and only Hashem. You all can speak your big words in your comments questioning this and talking about that but for the simple folk like l, l believe that the one true God will take care of everything when the time is right. Much love Rabbi Tovia Singer and sending prayers to your Father from over the waters. 💕🇦🇺

When I was in public high school in 1973 in the United States, there was an Evangelical campaign called Key 73. It was a very uncomfortable time for me as a Jew. The school allowed missionaries to give each student a New Testament they could not easily refuse. Suddenly my friends were putting pressure on me to accept Jesus. At my best friend's urging, I read The Late Great Planet Earth. He thought I would convert after reading it and was amazed I did not.

If anyone comes to convince individuals or a community - by influencing, or with intellectual arguments, or by demonstrating supernatural powers or the like, or with false claims to be a prophet - to serve idols, or to nullify one of the Seven Noahide Commandments, or to add a commandment (in addition to the Seven Noahide Commandments transmitted by Moses), even if he says that God commanded that this should be done, it is forbidden to listen to him or to accept his words. I pray that secular Jews in Israel would read the Tanakh and seek the type of relationship with HaShem that Abraham, Jacob, Moses, David, and all the prophets had. That would save and protect Israel and would also transform the lives of its people. I am a Christian but believe that what really matters for us all is ultimately to have a relationship with HaShem, wherever that leads, which will not look exactly the same for any of us. I have no desire to convert anyone. Nor do I believe I could do it even if I wanted to. You can get a person to alter his or her words or traditions or beliefs- but those are all external to what really counts, which is the state of our hearts. Only HaShem can transform our hearts. I do not know what HaShem wants from any individual - it is enough for me to keep moving forward in my own journey. But I do know that HaShem has chosen the Jewish people. You are His, and as you (individually and as a people) move toward him, you will individually be blessed as well as all Israel will be blessed. One of my favorite verses is “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13). This was true for me, and I believe it is true for anyone. There are many beautiful promises in the scripture made to Israel if it seeks and follows HaShem.

Tovia Singer is leaving out some important demographic details. Only 10% of American Jews are Orthodox. Reform Jews are the most popular Jewish stream and significant numbers of Reform Jews are not Jewish according to halacha. 70% of non-Orthodox Jews in the United States are marrying non-Jews. Messianic Congregations are seen as a great fit for the intermarried.

I just wanted to let you know that you keep posting multiple replies to my one comment while blocking me from responding. I never said to worship anyone besides the one True creator. you don't have to worship Jesus, but you could accept him as a prophet; you accept that he performed miracles, resurrected the dead, and cured the sick. Being a monotheist would not mean denying HaShem's prophets.

Rabbi: I agree with most of your speech. I bought LET’S GET BIBLICAL & have read it & have internalized it. My prayers go out to God for the health of your father. I just have one issue with your lecture. You shouldn't say disparaging things about Reformed Judaism. Especially if you don't want to lose Jews. I am a member of Temple Isaiah in Los Angeles. It is a prominent Reformed Synagogue with 3 female Rabbis & a male Cantor. We don't have a rinky dink Sukkah. Don't make comments like "they don't know any better ". It's insulting & unwarranted. Our Temple is quite activist on behalf of Judaism & we have constant trips to Israel (even now) to help the Holy Land. Last time I checked there was no biblical references that only allow men to be Rabbis. Please don't denigrate female Rabbis. Reformed Judaism is the largest Jewish movement in America. You should be happy about that. Keep up the good work!

We are not to rely on anyone else to provide explanations of any part of Torah, whether for Jews or Gentiles, aside from accepted Jewish Torah scholars. These are the Jewish Sages and faithful Orthodox Rabbis, whose responsa and teachings may be cited by laypersons.

I don't agree with you in many things.. but I agree that an aggressive evangelist propaganda is wrong for many reasons that would be too long to explain... Also the evangelist groups point of view is just one way of see, or kind of point of view of Christian-ism, that even many Christians don't like or don't agree with, a point of view I think is a simplification of the complexity of Yeshua/Jesus

A TRINITY? G-d is not corporeal. G-d has no physicality, not even that of invisible intangible angels. Because He is absolute Master, there is nothing else to which prayers may be directed. ~ The Seif Edition, Artscroll Siddur. In other words, the trinitarian concept of G-d is non-existent and idolatrous. G-d cannot be three persons and that would cause confusion. G-d is one, not three. So therefore, there is no trinity in Tanakh or the Jewish scriptures. This was a heretical invention, by the anti-Semitic early church father Justin Martyr (100 CE - 165 CE). This is Replacement theology and if you don’t know what that is google it!
