Inspection Officer Dropped his Shoes Chain During Inspection

During evening inspection, shoe chain of inspection officer appear to be loose which ultimately dropped off during the inspection.
One of the colleague came to take that.

    It’s a spur chain. It appears the leather spur cuff around the boot gave up first.
